Exfoliation

We hear constant talk about exfoliation but what exactly is it?  Exfoliation is the process of removing dead cells from the top layer of the skin.  This is a process that immediately improves the overall look and feel of the skin.  It also helps to clear clogged pores, can prevent ingrown hairs and acne breakouts.  Exfoliation also promotes good blood circulation.
